What’s on it

1. Demand

Weather and where AC calls are clustering in your city.

2. Competitors

New shops, rating changes, who’s slipping.

3. Reviews

Slow show-up, capacitor upsell, trip fee that doesn’t come off — the 1-stars you can win on.

4. Rules & news

Law, rebate, or code changes that hit the shop or the homeowner.

5. Three jobs

Cap, contactor, drain — jobs for your city this week.

6. One line

A sentence for text, Google, or the invoice.

Every number and shop name has a source. If we can’t check it, it stays out. Ask and we’ll show the links.

From a real week (Aug 24, 2026)

Line to use: We show up the same day, we won’t try to sell you a new system on a capacitor, and the trip fee comes off the repair.
Costing 1-star: Trip fee that doesn’t come off the repair (One Hour, capacitor).
Don’t say: “410A is illegal.” Wrong. Leftover pre-2025 inventory can still go in (EPA May 21).

HVAC waitlist

We open one city at a time. Leave your email — we’ll write when HVAC opens in your city.

What’s live right now?

We open one city at a time. Pick yours — if it’s live you get the trial; if not, waitlist. We don’t sell a city we don’t write.

Is this leads?

No. No phone numbers. Just the Monday page.

How is this different from permit lists?

We don’t dump addresses. You get demand, reviews, competitor moves, and three jobs — every number sourced. Ask and we’ll show the links.

What does it cost?

$0 due today. 30 days free, then $97/mo for one city’s HVAC page. Cancel anytime in Whop.

Can I see a page first?

Yes. Email info@thepatchreport.com for a free sample page. Or start the 30-day trial — then $97/mo if you want it every Monday.

When does it arrive?

Every Monday morning.

Where do the facts come from?

Public weather, listings, reviews, news, and rebates. If we can’t source it, it doesn’t ship. Ask and we’ll show the links.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel anytime in Whop.
